Recent edit to Carlos Clos Gómez
[edit]Hello. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person (Carlos Clos Gómez), but that you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 15:33, 7 June 2016 (UTC)
Your edits to Northstar Commercial Partners
[edit]In your recent edits to Northstar Commercial Partners, you seem to have copied and pasted in the last version you previously edited, undoing all the work that I had done on the article in the meantime. Not only was this a little sloppy (you missed the last two characters of your previous version when selecting it, cutting off the end of the last External LInk.)
- If you intended to undo the edits I made, then you should have stated in the edit summary the reasons for undoing them; your edit summary only talked about the material you were adding as update.
- If you did not intend to undo the edits that I made, you should remember in the future to work with the article as it exists, rather than on some earlier copy. If you take a while to edit it, you may find that you get an "edit conflict" message when you're done, but other users' edits should not be ignored because they occurred while you were also editing.
If you have reasons for undoing my edits, please bring them up on the article's talk page. Otherwise, I will assume that it was an accident caused by your working with an old version of the page, and redo those edits. --Nat Gertler (talk) 14:12, 28 June 2016 (UTC)
- Dear Nat Gertler, I thank you for taking the time to follow my edits and contribute to this article. This is very much appreciated from me. As a new editor in Wikipedia, I will be happy to follow the advice of a veteran and learn from him. Please proceed as you see best for this article standing and appearance while including your own contribution. If the new updates are OK, I would appreciate that you accept them as they are. Again thank you for your contribution. WikiTest23 (talk) 20:01, 30 June 2016 (UTC)
