This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it provides clear and unbiased information about a broadcast service and provides clear references from a variety of credible news sources. Many other broadcasters have Wikipedia page, which is referenced on the Broadcast distribution lists for each rights holders (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/List_of_domestic_football_league_broadcast_deals_by_country) If more experienced editors could advise what additional information might be required to change this verdict.
