Deletion Houthoff Buruma The Game
[edit]Hello Wifione, Noticed the deletion notification of 'Houthoff Buruma The Game' and deleted name of company to avoid commercial purposes. The Game will be presented next week on the World Expo in Shanghai and is expected to generate publicity, credentials and hits from that time on. Tomorrow we expect sourcing from Dutch Festival of Games also: www.festivalofgames.org. Please help us to proof our existance and credentials. Thank you, Houthoff Buruma The Game —Preceding unsigned comment added byA.groot (talk • contribs) 16:07, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
- Wikipedia does not exist to prove anyone's existence or credentials - it is an encyclopedia. For an entry to exist, there needs to be reliable independent sources which verify the information, and the game (in this case) needs to meet the general notability guidelines. -- PhantomSteve/talk|contribs\ 16:11, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
- Hi A.Groot, thanks for your message. I would say you should read PhantomSteve's message, which consolidates the relevant points. In case the article gets deleted, you could apply for a deletion review or recreate the article once you get the reliable source. You could also write to me here once your game gets launched and news sources come up. I'll be more than pleased to guide you. Michael Rama wiki page
[edit]I would like to inquire why you put the phrase drug protector on the page of Michael "Mike" Rama. What is your basis? Please be informed that we are filing cases against any person who will malign the name of Michael Rama. In fact one case is now pending with the Prosecutor's Office. —Preceding unsigned comment added byJoypesquera (talk • contribs) 16:10, 15 May 2010 (UTC)
- Hi Joypesquera. Thanks for your message. It'll be good if you go through WP:No legal threats. Now, with respect to the biography of Michael Rama, it seems an anonymous ip address added the part that you mention. I had in the past reverted some vandal-like edits on the page of Michael Rama. But had not continued tracking the same, although it most certainly will be. At this point, I would also want you to necessarily read details on why you should yourself not be perhaps editing Michael Rama's page. You could instead post a message on the talk page of the article detailing the changes you might wish to make, or leave a note with any editor (like me) for assistance. I am leaving a copy of this message on your talk page too. Warm regards. ♪ ♫ Wifione ♫ ♪ ―Œ ♣Łeave Ξ мessage♣ 17:26, 15 May 2010 (UTC)
