Proposed deletion of Mohammad Hossein Allafi

This article was nominated for deletion and, as it currently exists, it doesn't meet Wikipedia standards for writing quality and neutral point of view. However, I believe this author satisfies requirements for notability so I have moved the article into Draft space where you can continue to improve the quality of the writing and references from reliable sources.
