Unblock Request
[edit]Whoeverer (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
@Bbb23:Hey, Bbb23, I know you have blocked a list of my IP addresses (Actually, I didn't mean to hold so many IPs which is purely the result of dynamic IP) for Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Whoeverer. I admit I did those edits for bad purposes and certainly has cause troubles to Wikipedia and violated certain WP rules. In terms of this account's relations with "Whaterss", it is that I had unfortunately forgotten the password of "Whaterss" and thus created another account. 'Whaterss" hasn't been active for a long time after all. Would you mind giving me a chance to enable me to start to contribute to Wikipedia for good purposes from now on? Thank you!. --Whoeverer (talk) 12:09, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I don't believe that unblocking you at this time would be in the best interests of the encylopedia. SQLQuery me! 22:57, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
@Yamla:Hey, Yamla, I'm the original account of 123.161.170.23 whose unblock request you have just declined. Could help me handle this one? Thanks! --Whoeverer (talk) 12:17, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
- If you really read, why repeat with multiple IP?--O1lI0 (talk) 13:03, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
- And see that page, why you edit userpage? Create socks?--O1lI0 (talk) 13:09, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
- No, I just meant to test whether I can create an account on another Wikipedia. If it were my another puppet, why didn't I make further edits with it? --Whoeverer (talk) 13:19, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
- Whaterss, you have been given countless opportunities over the past couple years to read through Wikipedia policies and contribute constructively. Instead you ramped up your campaign of censorship and general disruption using a ton of IP addresses and a couple sockpuppet accounts. Closing admin should take a look at the history of this talk page. You are clearly not here to build an encyclopedia – move on! Citobun (talk) 13:11, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
- I'm talking specifically on this issue. Why did you revert my removal edit which has a justified explanation. --Whoeverer (talk) 13:19, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
I need help!

<Hey,this is my case:User "O1lI0" had left a bunch of warnings and notifications in my talk page. Since I had read these messages, I boldly removed them per WP:REMOVED which says "If a user removes material from their user page, it is normally taken to mean that the user has read and is aware of its contents." Apparently my case is included here. O1lI0, however, has persistently reverted my edits which removed these messages. What should I do? P.S. I'm currently blocked and cannot edit other pages which is why I chose to seek help in this way.>
- You are correct. Per WP:REMOVED you may remove those warnings, and they should not be restored by another editor. Removal indicates that you have read the notification. This does not extend to declined unblock requests. @O1lI0: - please do not restore those warnings again if Whoeverer removes them. SQLQuery me! 22:50, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
