Restoring content

Click on the history tab. Go to the edit you wish to restore. Click on "prev". That edit and the previous one should show up. If you are off from the correct one, you can click to move to the next one or back to the previous one. When you have the correct one, click on restore this edit at the top. That version will be restored (unless someone has already done so). If there are any valid edits after that, you should try to restore them manually.
