Hi. May I ask why you reverted my edits? I'm trying to clean the page up to conform with the guildlines in mos:dab. Is there anything specific about the changes I made which you disagree with? -- RoySmith (talk) 23:19, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry for reverting your edits; I have reverted it back. I reverted it because I saw that you added "a gay newspaper" to the page. Now I know that it is really a gay newspaper. My apologies. — Wenli (contribs) 23:24, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

I didn't intentionally vandalize that page. Christ, I removed it in the first place. I accidentally reverted the edit however, so I brought back the vandalizing that I got rid of. Sorry~! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Xdgn (talk • contribs) 23:34, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, I see what you mean. My apologies. — Wenli (contribs) 23:38, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your support in my Request for Adminship, which passed with 50 supports, 1 neutral, and 1 oppose. My goal is to keep earning your trust every time I grab the "mop". (And I'm always open to constructive criticism and advice!) Again, thanks. --Fabrictramp 16:12, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Vandalism
Hi I didnt made any contributions to a video game page it must be a mistake [[[User:74.163.146.35|74.163.146.35]] 14:30, 2 October 2007 (UTC)]
- Well, there are a few possibilities here. If you really didn't vandalize the page, your IP address may have been used by someone else who vandalized the page. It is also possible that your IP address may be shared with other people who may have vandalized the page. However, someone using your IP address did vandalize the page (proof). — Wenli (reply here) 01:04, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
Congratulations! You have been nominated for adminiship!

- So, are you going to take it? If not, the instructions are all there. -Goodshoped 03:03, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
THis should be nominated for speedy deletion. 99.230.228.58 18:09, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Westside_Church Can you please tell me why my article was considered for deletion? (In lay-man terms) Also, would you be able to help me sought out how the article can be removed from being deleted? If it is because the Church is not notable as far as you are concerned, would you mind helping me out sought out how I can show that it is notable? Thanks Spillon 14:07, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
ok ive put a secondary source there. please dont delete it. ive put a lot of work into it and believe it is fair and balanced and has no promotion or propoganda within it whatsoever. thanks again, Spillon 06:15, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
dj proper> yes it seems to be alot of people on wikipedia that try to delete anything related to being Christian or religon...i produced a remix for black eyed peas and have been established as a producer for years....they try to say that its nothing and shoud be deleted...i think alot of "editors" on this are nothing more than people that hate because they dont have anything notable in their lives ...i have 100 of shows done with famous people and done numerous offical projects with my work....still they say "its just some guy"...so my question is why do they care if a established church has a page ...must be they dont believe in the same so they want it not to be there....even if your church has raised money for people and changed 1000's of lives in a positive way.....guess in some people eyes thats not notable....maybe they are not "notable" themselves so they feel they have to try and control information that its obivious people want...like info on the church is important and established..... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.79.240.23 (talk) 22:38, 19 December 2007 (UTC)

RfA thank-spam
Thank you! Thank you for your help in my RfA. It hammered home a few things I need to keep in mind while admining and passed with a final tally of 40/0/4; two people forgot to vote in time, leaving me short of that exquisite number :-(, but I'll just have to fudge the next vote about me. Adminship feels slightly august but not particularily exalted, so I shall endeavour to consider it a toolkit and make sincere efforts to know what I'm doing before using it. Re: Adminship
Hey hey hey!
I just checked your RfA and you have three supports so far (3/0/0) I supported you, because, man, you got a clean record; I warned people myself and did near-administrative tasks, but I will not try out to be an admin until probably in November. Good luck! -Goodshoped 02:50, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
- You have one optional question waiting for you at your RfA. Doing so will probably increase your chances in becoming an admin (I'm not an admin, to clarify). -Goodshoped 03:23, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for welcome
Hiya Wenli,
Just a quick note to thank you for the welcoming me Wikipedia and tips on how to ask for assitance (help) :-) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 5T3RL1N9 (talk • contribs) 16:02, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Re: Your RfA
- You're welcome. You know, I tried to nominate myself for adminship, and I failed. They told me to try again in 6 months. Now I've seen you edit recently, and you fight vandalism and other stuff. At that rate, you may be able to try again in three months! Even more if you fight vandalism using Twinkle in possibly one month. Good luck! -Goodshoped 04:11, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

My RfA
Hi; thanks for your support to my RfA, which closed successfully at (51/1/2). I'll keep this brief since I don't like spamming anyone: I'll work hard to deserve the trust you placed in me. Thanks again. — Coren (talk) 23:34, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

This is information is regarding the history of bmx freestyle and how it was formed. The information is verifiable, by http://www.23mag.com/events/aba/ab872.htm. League of Copyeditors roll call
Greetings from the League of Copyeditors. Your name is listed on our members page, but we are unsure how many of the people listed there are still active contributors to the League's activities. If you are still interested in participating in the work of the League, please follow the instructions at the members page to add your name to the active members list. Once you have done that, you might want to familiarise yourself with the new requests system, which has replaced the old /proofreading subpage. As the old system is now deprecated, the main efforts of the League should be to clear the substantial backlog which still exists there. The League's services are in as high demand as ever, as evinced by the increasing backlog on our requests pages, both old and new. While FA and GA reviewers regularly praise the League's contributions to reviewed articles, we remain perennially understaffed. Fulfilling requests to polish the prose of Wikipedia's highest-profile articles is a way that editors can make a very noticeable difference to the appearance of the encyclopedia. On behalf of the League, if you do consider yourself to have left, I hope you will consider rejoining; if you consider yourself inactive, I hope you will consider returning to respond to just one request per week, or as many as you can manage. Merry Christmas and happy editing, The League of Copyeditors. |
