NOW can we say Armstrong is guilty?

NOW do you agree we can say Armstrong is guilty? How significant are Indurain's baseless speculations now? --Born2cycle (talk) 23:35, 15 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the slow reply - home internet has been down since 12 January. As I've said before, and have also said on the article talk page again today, my issue was with statements that USADA "found Armstrong guilty" of doping, on the basis of procedural defects. That remains the case. Armstrong's admission has merely rendered it an academic point. WelshDaveRyan (talk) 11:25, 21 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
