I have removed all external site links from the content sections and referenced them down under resources.

Sandbox
[edit]This help request has been answered. If you need more help, you can , contact the responding user(s) directly on their user talk page, or consider visiting the Teahouse. |
I am trying to make necessary corrections to this page:
http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User:Paccar984/Sandbox
To correct the External links, should I just link the text in the article to a wiki page, then add the external link below in the External Links section? Please see how I updated the J.D. Power link in the Business Career section. Is that correct?
Thank you!!

- The External Links look fine to me. Could you be more specific as to your concern? Achowat (talk) 19:48, 16 October 2012 (UTC)

Why don't you improve the actual article?
[edit]Hi, I noticed that you keep working on another user's sandbox page User:Paccar984/Sandbox, instead of improving the actual article at Mark Pigott. As the latter has been tagged with multiple issues for years, why do you not work on that page? If it's perhaps because you have a conflict of interest, have you asked an independent editor to improve the article based on the sandbox version? – Fayenatic London 21:40, 19 September 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you for your feedback
- I can't publish the changes from the Sandbox until I have approval from Mr. Pigott. He wants to review all changes in the Sandbox before they go live to the public. This is why I work in the Sandbox. As soon as I have approval, the changes will get published.
- Well, that's holding up the improvement of a page which has been in terrible condition for years. It's up to you, you've got your job to watch, but it seems a bit silly to me as anyone else in the world can edit that page! Meanwhile, I've blocked the old Paccar984 accounts, and moved the sandbox to User:WebSolEditor/sandbox as you're the main editor working on it now. The old page is redirected, so any external links to the old page will still work. – Fayenatic London 22:20, 27 September 2014 (UTC)
I agree and hope to get the live page updated soon. I appreciate your guidance.
Disambiguation link notification for October 30
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Mark Pigott, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Trinity College and Cutting-edge. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
