Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. | Uncle Milty | talk | 11:18, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notes

[edit]

Firstly, we cannot accept copyright material on Wikipedia. This is because Wikipedia is freely licensed under Creative Commons 3.0 CC-BY-SA for reuse anywhere by anyone. The material you posted was not licensed or public domain and I've had to delete it. Second, the book. It is self-published, and self-published books very rarely get articles on Wikipedia. This is not because we're saying that they are no good. It's because without a regular publisher to promote the books, they rarely achieve sufficient coverage in reliable independent sources WP:RS to pass WP:NBOOK (notability of books). I always advise self-published authors to keep on trying to get published by a mainstream outfit. Not easy, I know. But far more rewarding in terms of sales volume. Good luck, anyway.
