[edit]Hello, I'm Power~enwiki. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Violence and controversies during the George Floyd protests that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. power~enwiki (π, ν) 06:48, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
Hello, I'm FDW777. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Violence and controversies during the George Floyd protests, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. FDW777 (talk) 07:27, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
Discretionary sanctions notification
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

[edit]That guy is trying to report me and get me banned from wikipedia. Care to speak in my defense? https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement#Request_concerning_Alexiod_Palaiologos https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement#Request_concerning_FDW777 User:Alexiod Palaiologos 20:49, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
Yes. Now from what I've seen you haven't made any external edits so what would be banning you for? Warlightyahoo (talk) 21:02, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
I'm currently making statements in your support homie. Warlightyahoo (talk) 21:16, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
- Would you also mind making a similar statement on both articles? One is me reporting him, the other is him reporting me. Thanks dude. User:Alexiod Palaiologos 10:20, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
No problem. I will in my spare time, and goodluck. Warlightyahoo (talk) 17:25, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
Uncivil edit summary
[edit]Civility is a Wikipedia policy. Please do not attack other editors as you did in this edit summary. Comment on content, not on contributors. Thank you. BlackcurrantTea (talk) 04:40, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
That was edit summary without knowledge of the wikipedia civility policy. Thankyou for bringing that to my attention. Warlightyahoo (talk) 04:44, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
Original Research
[edit]Most of your edits have been related to adding death toll totals at Violence and controversies during the George Floyd protests and 2020 United States racial unrest. Although it seems logical that an editor could arrive at a total by counting up the deaths reported by various sources, this actually violates the Synthesis of published material section of our Original Research Policy because the combined total is not reported by any one source. Calculating a total requires careful analysis of available data to ensure that the count is A) exhaustively complete and B) only includes deaths associated with the protests, and we must rely on reliable sources to perform this analysis instead of trying to do it ourselves. Please follow the advice of your fellow editors and stop trying to add your counted-up totals, whether through direct article edits or talk page discussions. –dlthewave ☎ 03:07, 18 September 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Talk:2021 storming of the United States Capitol, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Uh I have no idea what that was about- Herbfur (Eric, He/Him) (talk) 22:47, 9 January 2021 (UTC)
Arbitration Enforcement
[edit]I've opened an Arbitration Enforcement thread for your disruptive off topic talk page posts. [1] Geogene (talk) 01:21, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
- I've expressed the opinion at AE that the case doesn't seem to be serious enough to bring to that venue, but I also want to be sure that you {Warlightyahoo) realize that a number of your recent comments have been unhelpful, and violations of WP:NOTAFORUM. Giving you the benefit of the doubt and a whole bunch of WP:AGF, if you were trying for a comic tone to lighten things up, you failed miserably, and if you weren't, you were trolling, and we don't need any more trolling then we already have. Some of your edits seem as if you were trying to be worthwhile, but it's easy to get caught up with thinking that Wikipedia is a social media site, which it is not intended to be. (See WP:NOTSOCIALNETWORK) Fight that impulse, or it's likely that this won't be the first time that an editor reports you for sanctioning. Beyond My Ken (talk) 04:44, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
