Request reason:
I am not mark rocha. The mark rocha account was created with his name by accident. I used his name because that was my subject of interest. I have tried to explain this already. I am a rookie at wikipedia and I made a simple mistake. I created this account because I did not know how to change the user name. I have provide a page hat is worthy of wikipedia, it is cited from reliable resources, and there is no reason for it scrutinized. Please unblock me so I can continue to add information about Mark rocha. I am willing to verify myself anyway youwish Wallabyjenkins (talk) 21:59, 26 February 2014 (UTC)
Decline reason:
you will need to request unblock at your earlier account, which will also involve a request for change of username. Use the template {{unblock-un}} at your primary account.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 13:04, 27 February 2014 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Non-admin note: As visible in the edit history of Mark W. Rocha article, the account User:Mark W. Rocha was still being used to edit it on Feb 24... two days after User:Wallabyjenkins began editing the same page. --Nat Gertler (talk) 23:30, 26 February 2014 (UTC)

[edit]This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard regarding a possible conflict of interest incident in which you may be involved. Thank you. --Nat Gertler (talk) 07:22, 25 February 2014 (UTC)
This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet of Mark W. Rocha (talk · contribs · global contribs · page moves · user creation · block log) that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here. ~~~~}} below, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
