Vandalism

[edit]

Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did here, and please do not revert disputed content wthout discussion or remove formatting intended to improve articles without reason, as you did here. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Psycho Master (Karwynn) 20:30, 28 June 2006

It's not vandalism... This actually happened. --Wakefencer

That matter is disputed. The nature of your recent edit, rather than the content, is what makes it vandalism, as I explained above. I've also addressed this issue at my talk page, where you left a message. However, the first edit I referenced was most certainly vandalism - putting nonsense letters in there to spell the word "bitch" qualifies as "adding nonsense to Wikipedia", and probably an intentional NPOV violation as well. I advise ou to not make edits like that in the future. Psycho Master (Karwynn) 14:06, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Editing comments

[edit]
Hi again. I don't know if you're new here or what, but if you are, you should know that Wikipedia is not like other online communities in many ways, one way being that flame wars and personal insults are not tolerated. Editing others' comments in talk pages and user talk pages is frowned upon, but replacing them with personal attacks as you did here is against Wikipedia policy, found here: WP:NPA. Doing so is not only offensive, it's also hazardous to you; if an admin were to see that, you'd probably get temporarily blocked. You did this after my last response to the vandalism discussion; if you were affronted by my comment, you ought to have said so so that some sort of dispute resolution could have taken place instead of just insulting me indrectly and sneakily. Or, if you felt I was badgering you or being abusive in some other way, you should contact an administrator to help you out. Both of those would've been suitable alternatives to insulting me. If you feel that you need to get in touch with an admin, just type the word helpme between two pairs of braces, like this ((helpme)), only use { and } instead of ( and ), and someone will be along to help you out with any question you have. Just ask how to get in touch with an admin and someone will be around to tell you. I'd offer my own assistance, but you may not find that very welcome, so I'll just say good luck with your prospects and try not to insult others. Hellp I'm not sure what's going on here but the edit does look like vandalism to. Id there something I am missing? I've removed the header as it's a bit inflammatory. Please don't add it back in. Theresa Knott | Taste the Korn 16:53, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

After careful scrutinization of your contributions and your talk page, I've decided you're not a very good admin, nor a nice person. You lord over the fact that you have experience over new users, but who cares how long you've been here if you make stupid contributions. As far as I can tell not only do your contributions add any illumination or insight, your spelling and grammar is horrible. Furthermore, you get in stupid arguments and stick your nose where it doesn't belong. Also, to be honest, you just generally make me uncomfortable. Please leave me alone from now on, Theresa.--Wakefencer 17:28, 13 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm I don't know what prompted that. A far as i can see the matter was over. I do have to say that though that this whole conversation was promted by you deliberatly introducing spelling mistakes in to an article here, so I cannot take your personal attack against me seriously. Soul Vision

[edit]

Is it actually called soul vision in Birthright? If not, then that phrasing has no place in the article on Superman's powers. CovenantD 18:15, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Supernova insider?

[edit]

A message board. I started a discussion about what Supernova's specific powers might be and the the puported ability to control time came up. It's not mentioned as fact, just a possibility. ACS (Wikipedian) 20:14, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Xavier's Cook

[edit]

Howdy, Actually I was a number off. Hannah and Sanji appear in #429. 428/429 same diff. Anywho, she has 3 arms I think and was the one that found Iceman hiding in the freezer because his secondary mutation had kicked in. I forget what Sanji looks like or what his job was. He may have been groudskeeper. They're most likely depowered anyways. Originalsinner 19:58, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Europe 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:10, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
