Flynnian

A Flynnian is a family member of the flynn house.

Flynnians Origin

Flynn was named after Reverend John Flynn, he was known as a great dedicated servant hearted man. John Flynn was the founder of the royal flying doctors service and his heart was for the community.

History

The term Flynnian was created this year (2010) and will be carried on in the future.

Mr Mills is the Head Of The Flynn house, where he takes pride in getting Flynnians involved in Flynn activities and changing Flynn house for the better in the future.

The house has Flynn Captains that help to get Flynnians involved within the house, maintain and run the house. These captains are the year 12s at the time and change every year due to them graduating.

How To Be A Flynnian

• First you must be appointed to the Flynn House.

• A true Flynnian must capture John Flynns spirit and must also be community minded. Flynn is one big family because of the safety establish within the house. Flynnians are faced with challenges but they face them head on and in the end resolve them.

Flynnians In The Flynn House

“There’s no place like home”; the flynn house is where the fynnians go for refuge, and should feel safety within their home. The Flynnians make up the community of the Flynn House.

Flynnians live with the scripture of the Flynn house. “Those who wait upon the lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not be faint”, god gives everyone strength to accomplish their goals this certain strength runs through Flynn so that the Flynnians can accomplish their goals.

The challenges set again will be faced by the Flynnians together.
