Hi Will, Your first draft is outstanding. We have been working to clean up your citations so that works that are mentioned in the text have links to Publications or References. Please check the links.

To establish notability, it is good practice to reference articles in reputable magazines, books, etc. that draw attention to the researcher's contributions. Here are a few good references to include: http://www.americanscientist.org/bookshelf/pub/an-interview-with-wendy-m-williams https://www.wired.com/2011/02/gender-discrimination-science/ http://www.cnn.com/2015/04/13/opinions/williams-ceci-women-in-science/

Link these articles directly to the text using Cite button on the right end of the editing window. Then look under templates for the correct format (web, news, book, journal). I think you are already using this function.

Make sure to add references to her books under publications. You can find a list on Amazon. The cite tool will populate the reference if you insert the ISBN number. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=dp_byline_sr_book_2?ie=UTF8&text=Wendy+M.+Williams&search-alias=books&field-author=Wendy+M.+Williams&sort=relevancerank

You should create a hyperlink from the Wikipedia article on Stephen J. Ceci to Wendy M. Williams, by putting double square brackets around her name. Then click on this link and paste in your content to launch your stub into the world!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Will, Another thing you can work on is to fill up what you can in the info box with Wendy M. WIlliams' information. This may include her alma mater and occupation. You can also just remove the box before you publish your stub. Brooks patty (talk) 18:45, 9 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
