Please look at the tags on your article Directory Indian Wind Power and address the issues listed. Also, are you sure that this is the correct title of the publication? This title is not good English. The reference you quote call is "Directory, Indian Wind Power", and other websites refer to it as "Directory on Indian Wind Power" or "Directory on Indian Windpower".
