Regarding the pictures you're trying to upload to Mountain bike: You need to upload them to Wikipedia first -- they won't show up if you just try to link them to a photobucket.com page. (Which is a good thing, because my stupid firewall at work blocks photobucket.com anyway.) To upload a file, use the "Upload file" link in the toolbox on the left. Then, to add a link to the image, do something like this:

[[Image:LebanonHillsXLoop.jpg|thumb|left|One of the narrow wooden bridges on the advanced loop of the mountain bike trail.]]

The result is this:

One of the narrow wooden bridges on the advanced loop of the mountain bike trail.

(That's a picture from Lebanon Hills Regional Park, one of my favorite local mountain bike trails.)
