To everyone out there——property is theft, so, theft is property. If I ever steal anything from you, don't try to act like it's yours. It will be mine, by that time. --VolatileChemical 03:03, 16 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

That is non-sequitur, you dumbass. All property is theft does not mean all theft is property. See set theory. Also, I don't understand your edit on Anarchism, and since your edit summary says "Ruined it", I take it you mean you were trying to be funny and vandalising, so I'll revert it. Infinity0 talk 14:13, 26 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, one: screw off. It's a joke from H2G2. And when I said "ruined it", I just meant that everyone on this site seems to think everything I write is useless and they revert it for no reason. I was saving them the time. --VolatileChemical 03:34, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I guess I should apologise for calling you a dumbass. I was pretty pissed off at the time, since I was in an edit war on Anarchism, and your non-sensical edit didn't help things. (It's been reverted, but not by me.) -- infinity0 21:31, 2 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There we are. All cleared up. Mahalo. --VolatileChemical 23:24, 2 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hitchhiker's guide references

[edit]

I'm not sure that all these references (e.g. White hole, Horsehead Nebula) should be in their articles. Maybe in an article on HHG or Magrathea? SeventyThree 20:49, 28 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I guess so...though I did already add the link to the Equine profile-shaped cluster in question in the article on Magrathea...I guess I could make a Magrathea=white hole link and get rid of the white hole=Magrathea one... --VolatileChemical 22:47, 29 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Listed as a copyright violation, as it seems pretty clear to be. Hey, I think pictures for articles are great (see my user page) and appreciate your contribution, but we have to keep Wikipedia on the straight and narrow in terms of copyrights. If an image is used w/ permission or is PD, that has to true (of course!) and be properly documented on its description page. A fair-use image has to meet the fairly narrow scope of the fair-use doctrine, and the defensible justification for claiming fair use needs to be documented on the image's description page. Thanks for your contributions, and keep this in mind when doing more in the future. -- Kbh3rd 30 June 2005 17:05 (UTC)

Sorry, but I don't really know where it's from. I just found it on a random search. I'll try to make sure I know where my pictures are from from now on. --VolatileChemical 30 June 2005 21:16 (UTC)

Image:Norbert.png

[edit]

You seem to have uploaded Image:Norbert.png. What is the source and copyright status of this image? It looks like a scan from the book. If so, it would be subject to copyright protection, and so probably not usable on wikipedia unless there is a reason to class it as fair use. I wanted to communicate with you before listing this image as a copyvio. DES 2 July 2005 20:26 (UTC)

Well, I uploaded this before I found out you had to list the source of the picture, and then I kind of fogot about it. It is probably a scan from the book, but I wouldn't know, I just found it by doing a Google image search for it (it's from this page). I don't know where the owner of the site got it from. --VolatileChemical 3 July 2005 03:23 (UTC)

Thank you. I have listed this as a possible copyright violation. DES 3 July 2005 16:52 (UTC)
