Image without license

[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:Vietnam200dong.jpeg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Vietnam200dong.jpeg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 17:45, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

October 2018

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Iranian rial. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks! VinFast infinite mile warranty deleted?

[edit]

Hi Vng304!

I am Tâm Nguyễn, RN and noticed that VinFast Infinite Mile Battery Warranty was deleted due to advertisement, potential products... but VinFast's warranty comes with every one of its cars sold in the U.S. It is a legal agreement, not an an advertisement, not a future product. Should it be brought back in an article? Tamnguyenrn (talk) 06:50, 1 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Tamnguyenrn,
I removed the sentence (VinFast battery warranty's uniqueness is 8 years or infinite miles whichever comes first) because it did not make sense; according to the source you provided, the VF 3's battery warranty is "8 years with unlimited kilometers for the battery." I removed the Tesla comparison because I deemed it unrelated. The word "uniqueness" in the first sentence combined with the Tesla comparison may be considered potential advertising language. However, I understand where you are coming from; I have no objections with you putting the car and/or battery warranty information back into the article. My apologies for any misunderstandings caused.
All the best Vnsg304 (talk) 10:06, 1 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much, haha! I think another account (SuspectTheFringe) also deserves recognition for correcting the date! I'm curious as to why my edit has disappeared? Vnsg304 (talk) 20:24, 21 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Nevermind, I see it now. Vnsg304 (talk) 20:28, 21 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

iPhone 16e removed info about the C1 chip

[edit]

Hi! Why did you remove the information about the new chip (C1) which will be included with the phone? Nike-in-Creator (talk) 17:12, 19 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Nike, I did not remove the information about the C1 chip. Looking at the revision comparisons it would be my guess that both of us were editing at the same time (I did not see information about the C1 chip) as your revision was published at 17:04 and mine at 17:05 hence when I published it may have overwritten your revision. I very much apologise.
