Speedy deletion nomination of Vivek Chourasia

[edit]

Hello Vivek Chourasia,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Vivek Chourasia for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. DarthVader (talk) 06:24, 30 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Vivek Chourasia

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Vivek Chourasia requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Information icon Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Vivek Chourasia. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but it appears you have written or added to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Notice

[edit]

Hey! I noticed that you seem to be operating three different accounts: Vivek Chourasia, Vivek Chourasia vc4137 and Vc4137. There is nothing wrong with using more than one account; however, you must declare that you own these accounts on the userpage of all three accounts and make sure you are using them in compliance with Wikipedia's policies. Please see this for more info on that. I also see that you've redirected this talk page to the talk page of the second account (which doesn't seem to be as active as the other two). The problem here is that any message or notice you get is being directed at the second account and so, you may not be notified of it on your logged in account. Lastly, as Cahk explained on the redirected talk page, please refrain from creating an autobiography as it has been deleted multiple times. Make sure you familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's notability guidelines before you create a page. If you have any questions, feel free to ask on my talk page or at the Teahouse. Hello, Vivek Chourasia. You have new messages at Vc4137's talk page.
Message added 16:10, 22 January 2018 (UTC). You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.[reply]

I strongly advise you to respond to this discussion, because if you do not respond at all, or in a satisfactory manner, your editing privileges will be interrupted. Topics are: 1) Why you added your name to the Firrke article and 2) Why are you creating articles about yourself? Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:10, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

i will make valuable edits now onwards. i admit my mistake that i violate wikipedia policy. and i won't repeat it again

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 15:56, 13 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

i was block because of disruptive editing using 2 user account. i admit that i violate the wikipedia policy. i will not repeat the mistake ever again. i will not be disruptive, disrespectful. i will make valuable edit from now onwards

Decline reason:

Request an unblock on your original account. Further sockpuppetry will not be tolerated. clpo13(talk) 23:00, 13 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Are you planning on attempting to recreate the article about yourself? OhNoitsJamie Talk 21:16, 13 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Note: This isn't the oldest account. Vc4137 appears to be the oldest of the ones I noticed. There was also Vivek Chourasia vc4137. My point being: this account would not be eligible for unblocking. He'd have to make the request from his earliest account. Also, the user never addressed why they made this edit, which was indistinguishable from vandalism.
