Hon Max Nekongo is a resident of Oniihwa Village in Onayena Constituency in Oshikoto region of Namibia. Hon Max was born and grew up in the same village. He is a well know member of the SWAPO party of Namibia as he is one of the recognized as a former SWAPO veteran freedom fighter in the country[1][2]. He went out of the country to fight for the independence of Namibia. He is a committed, trustworthy and indeed kind and helpful member in the party. He is currently the councilor of Onayena Constituency and at the same time the chairperson of the regional council[3].


He developed the constituency very well until and is still doing a good job. He is a brave and independent man that worries and concern a lot about the future of the youth in his Constituency. He have addressed learners at different school in his constituency to motivate and emphasis on the importance of education such as Nehale Senior Secondary School and other schools in the cicrcuit[4] After he was elected as the Second councilor of the constituency, he developed the community to a better place as Onayena is now growing fast with good living conditions, telecommunication, water and electricity. Health and security is also taken care of as there are now clinics and a police station in the constituency[5][6]. He have made living easier for the people of Onayena. Technology is also up to date.
