Username issue and spamming

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I saw that you edited or created Dubai, and I noticed that your username, "Visapeople", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Trammel Museum of Art". However, you are invited to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you personally, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", and "WidgetFan87". Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, or website, regardless of your username. Moreover, I recommend that you read our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please create a new account or request a username change that complies with our username policy. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you.  Velella  Velella Talk   06:41, 11 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing because the purpose of this account appears to be for advertising or promotion. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by copying the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} and posting it below this notice (replacing "Your reason here ~~~~" with the reason), but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

Multiple accounts

[edit]

It seems that you are/were operating the following accounts, (and others):

I believe you are all the same person. You were reverted and warned and then another simply restored the promotional link. It is apparent that you were abusing these accounts. Do not register more accounts and persist. If you do, we will simply search the website at Wikipedia and your website will be blacklisted. We are also watching all the relevant articles. Please just take out an ad in the newspaper. That is best. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:33, 11 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
