Re: USB OTG

[edit]

Firstly, we have certain requirements for what constitutes a reliable secondary source. They must have a "reputation for fact-checking and accuracy"; please see WP:RS for further details and requirements.

Secondly, your remarks imply that you wish to edit the article based upon personal experiences. That is also a violation of Wikipedia policies forbidding "original research". ViperSnake151  Talk  12:57, 23 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

My remark did not imply that I wish to edit the article based on personal experiences. That was what you decided it mean't. I was only trying to bring the article up to date since the Nexus 6 was officially updated to Android 6 and USB OTG is now supported. If I wanted to bring my personal experiences into it as you say, then I would have made a Youtube video about the Nexus 6 and link the article to that instead of a blog that I found that has nothing to do with me.
Also, I was hoping for you to have shown me a way forward and not criticise me for something I didn't actually do. The bottom line is that the current version of the article is inaccurate and needs to be corrected to show the current features of the Nexus 6.

I understand your request for positivity, but you must comply with all relevant Wikipedia policies. ViperSnake151  Talk  14:32, 23 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
