Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as THIRUCHENGODE, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. A tag has been placed on KATHIRAVAN BOYS CRICKET CLUB(KBCC) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a club, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guidelines for people and for organizations. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

[edit]

A tag has been placed on KATHIRAVAN BOYS CRICKET CLUB(KBCC) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article and put a note on the page's discussion page saying why this article should stay. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of continuing to recreate the page. Thank you. A tag has been placed on Mr.Vijayz requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Kattuvelampalayam, you may be blocked from editing. Moocha (talk) 07:41, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Referencing

[edit]

Hi. I see you are making additions to articles such as Kattuvelampalayam. Unfortunately, you don't seem to understand the concept of references as it relates to Wikipedia - for example, the text "Mr Vijayz" is not a suitable reference. I suggest you should read about Citing Sources, and have a look over the Wikipedia Manual of Style before you try making changes to articles, and also just have a look around at other articles to see how good quality articles should be formatted and referenced. Best regards -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:29, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your contributed article, Kattuvalampalayam

[edit]

Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Kattuvalampalayam. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as yourself. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Kattuvelampalayam. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will to continue helping improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Kattuvelampalayam - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:31, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you create that? We really don't need badly-formatted duplicates of existing articles. I really think you should stop editing for a while, and spend a bit of time learning about what Wikipedia is and how it all works - there are some useful links in the Welcome message at the top of this page. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:34, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Tiruchengode, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please stop adding redirects to articles - if you want to know what redirects are for, please have a look at Wikipedia:Redirect, and particularly note the opening sentence that says "A redirect is a page which has no content itself, but sends the reader to another article..." Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:38, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at KVP. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. This time you rewrote a Disambiguation page to try to turn it into an article. PLEASE STOP until you have some clue as to how Wikipedia articles are supposed to work Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:40, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at KVP, you may be blocked from editing. STOP replacing disambiguation pages with article text. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:47, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

And stop spamming text about Kattuvelampalayam all over the place. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:50, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at KVP, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:51, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
