G'day, I think that the content you are wishing to publish would be best displayed (with several modifications) on your userpage: User:VSSS, rather than in article space or project space. Essentially, you appear to be writing about yourself, so it seems more appropriate on your user page. Firstly, you should not have two user pages, which is what you currently seem to have created: User:VSSS and User:Vighnesh S S Sable. As your account is VSSS, that is the user page you should be creating. The other one (User:Vighnesh S S Sable) will need to be deleted as technically no such user account exists. In regards to the content of your user page, I ask that you read the policy link that I provided. Also, I think you need to critically analyse why you are here. Are you here to edit the encyclopedia, or are you here for the social aspect? If the latter, please be aware that Wikipedia is not a social network. Ok, I see that you have created two accounts: User:VSSS and User:Vighnesh S S Sable. Sorry, I missed that before. Firstly, you will need to ensure that you pick one account, and do not edit from the other, as it is usually considered unacceptable (there are some exceptions), per the policy here: WP:MULTIPLE. Secondly, it is not possible to delete an account; however, it can be renamed and then the talkpage deleted. G'day, regarding the four tildes, you add this after your comment, but before you hit "save" so that a signature appears beside your comment (like my comments, which have my signature). This helps other editors see who wrote what. Regarding your desire to publish a biography at "Vighnesh S S Sable" (i.e. in article space), as I explained above it would be inappropriate for you to do so. There are several reasons for this. Firstly, you would have a conflict of interest in doing so (i.e you shouldn't write an article about yourself on Wikipedia). Secondly, subjects of Wikipedia articles are chosen based upon notability, which is determined through coverage in reliable sources. Without wishing to denigrate your achievements, it does not seem likely that you meet this requirement at this stage. You are welcome to add your biography to your userpage so long as it complies with Wikipedia:User pages, but elsewhere would be unacceptable, IMO, and would most likely be deleted. Hi. Even though wikipedia users are allowed to have userpages about themselves, there are certain guidelines about what can be included, and what cant be. You can find more information about userpages at WP:UP, and information about personal information at WP:UPYES, and WP:UPNOT.

Regarding the article Ganpurti, I recommend you reading WP:GNG, it is a guideline that states which subject can have articles on wikipedia. Also, the state in which the article was deleted, it was promotional, thats it why it was deleted. For that, I suggest you to read WP:NOTADVERTISING. Also, after looking through your contribution history, I realised you had created article about yourself for three times, and then you created Wikipedia:Vighnesh S S Sable after the article title was locked. After that was deleted, you tried to create article-like content on your talk page, and then, on your userpage. I would just like to say, having a wikipedia article about oneself is not a big deal. Also, nothing can be deleted from internet or from wikipedia. So once you put something on internet, it is always available.
