Nomination of Debasis Laha for deletion

@Vickysouvik: If you do not read your talk page and listen to the warnings, you'll be blocked. This is a discussion and it may not be removed until the discussion has ended. Sujan publication moved to draftspace

Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption.
