Emma Goldman

[edit]

Hey there Veganbikepunk, I'd just like to let you know that Emma Goldman has actually only been up on the Anarchism Portal since the 12th of January, as the article was just raised to Featured Status. Over a the Anarchism Task Force we've been discussing what to do about updating the featured article, and will probably be doing it once a month. If you you'd like to participate in the conversation, you'd be more than welcome! Murderbike (talk) 06:33, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

To all members of the Anarchist Task Force - about improvement of the AI-Wiki-page

[edit]

I have just joined the Anarchist Task Force, and I have had some problems with publishing of my Anarchist International Wikipedia page, see my sandbox http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User:Anna_Quist/Anarchist_International for the present version/proposal. This page needs improvements to reach Wiki-consensus, and this should be a somewhat collective project to avoid a "COI"-template. As I am new to editing here on Wikipedia I need help with the page, I hope for your cooperation with this improvement. As an introduction to this cooperation, feel free to read this note on my talk page:

http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User_talk:Anna_Quist#Message_to_all_anarchists_on_Wikipedia_-_Anarchy_is_cooperation_without_coercion.2Fdestruction.2Fdeletion_-_about_the_deletion_of_the_AI-Wiki-page_and_cooperation_to_achieve_an_updated_AI-page_with_general_Wiki-consent .

Any contribution, matter of fact criticism, to give input and advice, or even contribute to new sections, will be helpful, and is much appreciated. Please join in the project...

NA deletion nomination

[edit]

Yo, VBP. You might want to consider rewording your nomination statement here; using terms like Neo-Nazi and denigrating members could stoke up unnecessary hostility from supporters of the article and the movement). Your points re:notability are strong enough without the rest. Regards, Skomorokh 07:10, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I appreciate it. Skomorokh 07:47, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

User page error

[edit]

Wasn't sure if this was intentional or not, but in your User Message, it leads to WJBscribe's talk page instead of yours. I'm guessing it's because you might've copied his, so I just wanted to let you know in case it wasn't intentional. --Booyahhayoob (talk) 17:09, 23 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Days and nights of blue luck inverted.jpeg

Tip on sourcing for older albums

[edit]

Hello friend! I took the liberty of fixing some of the sourcing on your article Days And Nights Of Blue Luck Inverted. Since we share roughly the same philosophical outlook (although I am not vegan), I wanted to share a tip. The Internet Archive is a fantastic resource for finding information about older topics in general, but especially albums and songs. If you search for an album or song title there, you can narrow down the search to "texts" and then by year. I was able to find enough secondary sources there to bring the sourcing up to standard. I hope that you'll be able to use that in the future! ThadeusOfNazerethTalk to Me! 06:44, 5 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted your addition of a date of birth to Abbi Jacobson and the accompanying citation to IMDb. That source is not reliable. Please see WP:IMDB for comments. You might also want to read WP:USERGENERATED, which specifies some other websites that are similarly unreliable. If you want to add a date of birth to a biography of a living person, please have a reliable, published, non-primary source as a citation. Eddie Blick (talk) 03:06, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
