Request reason:

No, this Account is definitely not being used "only for vandalism" - it's only been created to use wikipedia how i'm used to it, and since you can't do it without an account i had to make one. I don't care if i can't edit anything, but the reason given for the ban is untrue and idiotic. Yes it's profane - but definitely not used to vandalize anything.

Decline reason:

If you don't care about your access to editing, there is no need to do anything about this block, since blocks only prevent editing. I don't even need to carry out a rename since you are blocked. Let's say you did care about editing- you seem unable to express your views without vulgar language and insults. That's disruptive.
