December 2021

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your edit to a disambiguation page. However, please note that disambiguation pages are not articles; rather, they are meant to help readers find a specific article quickly and easily. From the disambiguation dos and don'ts, you should:

  • Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
  • Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
  • Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry
    • Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
  • Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
  • Do not insert external links or references

Thank you. TJRC (talk) 02:27, 20 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Brooke Richardson

[edit]

Hi Usual Nicolaus, I notice you are currently developing an article Brooke Richardson. Before this article gets rnamed, moved, rewritten, or proposed for deletion on account of the named person's lack of notability, I wonder if you can contribute to a discussion about the article's notability and whether this article should be written about the person who committed the crime or about the crime that was committed and the consequences for the person who committed it. I know this might seem like splitting hairs, but I think the current focus of writing the article as a biography of a living person is inappropriate and it may be better to write the article about the criminal act and its consequences. This is a change in focus because Brooke Richardson, herself, is not notable, apart from the crime she committed. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 09:21, 24 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Mario draghi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unneeded redirect, capital letters are accounted for

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:55, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
