Goals of my contribution
[edit]1. My first intention was what I advised our group to do: honor the original Canadian poster's intention for an international perspective, fleshing it out with the example of the United States approach, since the modern idea of a health department originated in 19th century in the United States. 2. My next intention is to follow up with continuing the balancing act by noting a bit about the iterations and development of later developed structures in other nations under both common law system such as the OP's Canada to European civil law approaches. Civil law approaches are more diverse than the US because we deal with both democratic systems like France and communist systems like China. 3. My third intention is to not reinvent the wheel and honor the Wikipedia structures that are already out in the world, so my contribution will certainly include hyperlinks to those wikipedia entries as relevant. 4. My final thought is to use my skills in a way that sincerely contributes to accurate and high-quality information for use of the general public, wherever they may be.

- Hmm, it looks like you got the above warning for removing a section from Health department that you may have added yourself. So the bot was wrong in thinking it was vandalism. Even so, it would help out reviewers if you could post something at Talk:Health department to say what you are up to. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 03:09, 20 September 2017 (UTC)
