Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Bmusique99 per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Bmusique99. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

You've been desperately trying to create an article about this person for about 3 1/2 years now. Every time, you've been thwarted. When does this end? There are a lot more people here willing to delete your every attempt than your singular efforts. If you want to waste your time, that's your business. But, wasting time it is. As I've lectured you before, you are actively harming the reputation of this individual.
