Information icon Hello, I'm Bruce1ee. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to Artificial hair integrations have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. —Bruce1eetalk 17:20, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Artificial hair integrations. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. —Bruce1eetalk 17:25, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The link I added (not inappropriate) is a very good research done on futura hair. It's one of the best citation for that particular place which indicated that "citation is needed"
Another is futurahair(dot)salon, but it wasn't as extensive as betasales(dot)ng that I refrenced.
Please I'd urge you to go through the article yourself before making conclusions. Thank you @Bruce1ee Ukachukwuokara (talk) 17:35, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
betasales(dot)ng is a commercial website, and using it as a reference is citation spam. See WP:CITESPAM. —Bruce1eetalk 17:50, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
OOOh so sorry @Bruce1ee I have never read that place before now. Thank you for bringing this to my notice. I'll never use an e-commerce website article again as reference article.
Please I want to ask, what does it take for one to develop a Wikipedia page for his business/company duly registered with the relevant government authority in one's country?
Long story short, I want to build a wikipedia page for my company which was registered with CAC under Nigerian government in 2017. Ukachukwuokara (talk) 18:00, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
A Wikipedia article about a company may only be created if it meets Wikipedia's notability requirements (see Wikipedia:Notability). Because this is your company, there is a potential conflict of interest. Wikipedia has very strict rules about conflict of interest editing. Please read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest before proceding. —Bruce1eetalk 23:36, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Alright @Bruce1ee, I'll go through them. But even if my company meets the Wikipedia Notability retirements, I might still not be eligible because of conflict of interest. Thank you for your responses and for educating me on certain things about Wikipedia and how they operate. God bless you. Ukachukwuokara (talk) 17:19, 18 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
