This account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to Wikipedia's content policy, and both your editing history and your username indicate that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing. Also, I don't know what your purpose was in creating multiple copies of the same promotional page, using more than one account, but doing so is not constructive. At best it wastes time for the editors and administrators who have to clean up after you, as each copy of the page must be dealt with, as must each account, and at worst it is likely to give the impression of dishonesty, as sometimes people do that in the belief that that gives a chance that some copies will escape detection.
