1996 Election in Texas Results by Precinct
[edit]Hello. I was very intrigued to find a precinct map of the 1996 election in Texas had been created. I am deeply interested in these maps, and I was curious as to where you found the information. You did not provide a source on either the page or on the image. I am curious as to where you found the information so that I can try to find more data to create more maps like it. I am working on a project to map the 1968 election in Texas by precinct, but this involves digitizing a physical book that I checked out of my school's library. Any information that would aid in the creation of more of these maps would be greatly appreciated. OutlawRun (talk) 00:31, 12 December 2023 (UTC)
- Hi,
- The Texas Legislative Council website provides shapefiles of VTDs(voting precincts) and CSVs of election results dating back to the 90s. They can be found here https://redistricting.capitol.texas.gov/ 24.147.141.27 (talk) 02:44, 12 December 2023 (UTC)
