Flagged Revs
Hi,
I noticed you voted oppose in the flag revs straw pole and would like to ask if you would mind adding User:Promethean/No to your user or talk page to make your position clear to people who visit your page :) - Thanks to Neurolysis for the template «l| Ψrometheăn ™|l» (talk) 06:44, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

Spell checking
Hi there,
Thanks for pointing that out to me.
I have read WP:UP#OWN and I quote: "However, pages in user space still do belong to the community", "Other users and bots may edit pages in your user space, though by convention your user page will usually not be edited by others.", "In general, it is considered polite to avoid substantially editing another's user page without their permission.".
1) No where on that page does it say that it is "bad form", just not usually done.
2) I did not "substantially" edit your user page.
I understand that you may not want your user page to to edited, and that's fine, neither do I, but remember that all edits can be reversed.
Maybe you would like to read this: WP:AGF
I have taken your advice into account, and I shall be more careful next time I spell check.

- How can an unwritten rule possibly be implemented? If a rule is not written in a rule book then how are people supposed to know to follow that rule?
Yes, I have been attempting to apply for Admin, doesn't everyone aspire to become admin? The fact is, I have added these tools to my monobook.js page so that I can help improve Wikipedia. People on Wikipedia may have a different idea, but I think that quality counts more than quantity.
Yes, I am an Englishman, but that does not mean that stereotypes apply to me. I use French spacing because that is the way I have been brought up. It seems irrational to use two spaces when one does fine. Anyway, what does the number of spaces between words have anything to do with a small mistake on my part?
I understand that you would be a bit peeved someone changed a word on your user page, and I apologise for trying to make Wikipedia an error-free place. I guess I just missed the small "User:" part of the text before I clicked Save. Anyway, no harm done.Manadude2 : Talk 20:21, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
