Medical genetics of Jews

[edit]

Hello. The request you have filed at WP:DRN was closed because there was no discussion or other editors to debate with. However, someone issued a note at WP:FTN about it. Your edits appear to persist for now and are cited. I'm not personally up to date with the literature about that but it appears plausible. The important would be to distinguish actual pseudoscientific racialism to the more legitimate current medical literature if any point out at facts that can help medicine. Your citations are clearly about racialism and discrimination supported using pseudoscientific arguments. If your edits are eventually contested, I suggest to reopen a new thread about it at WP:FTN. Thank you, —PaleoNeonate17:47, 23 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Update: now reverted by an experienced editor with medical topics: "It seems to confuse testing of ethnically Jewish people for medical purposes with DNA testing to find out whether someone is Jewish." If you are back, I suggest to first make your case at the article's talk page next time and if noone responds, at WT:WPMED, —PaleoNeonate08:48, 24 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that is is "important would be to distinguish actual pseudoscientific racialism to the more legitimate current medical literature" which is why it is vital for these studies to scientifically establish that participants are members of the Jewish community; which was not done. The citations provided by myself and other Jews have established that is has not been done, cannot be done due to there not being a common genetic characteristic among Jews, and in fact identified the ideology as Nazism. The international Jewish and Medical communities understand this which is why James Watson was stripped of his Nobel Prize when he was unable to furnish proof that those who participated in his genetic studies were Jewish in order to establish the stereotypes he applied to us - and that was cited.

I mean you no disrespect but you yourself admitted to this as you said, "I'm not personally up to date with the literature.." showing that you are not a medical professional or familiar with the field and also the mere fact that you made your first update during Shabbat, as well as I assume spent time working on research this during the Shabbat in order to revise the article this morning, shows that you're not a member of the Jewish community. Again I mean you no offense or disrespect by this I am just stating an observation - you do you but it is very offensive to have a non-Jewish non-medical professional dictate to Jews on the internet how diseased our community. While at the same time the administration here has now spoken to two verified members of the Jewish community as well as members of the medical community (one of which, HeydanSeegil or Hayden B. Siegel, actually specializes in genetics) only to disqualifying edits made by experts in these fields in favor for assumptions based on what "appears plausible" rather than what is factual.

I request to have this reverted back to at least include the section reviewing the controversy and Nazism involved as obviously there is controversy and Nazism surrounding this topic or there would not now be multiple Jewish medical professionals attempting to edit this article only to be rejected by non-Jewish non-medical professionals.

You are right that I'm neither Jewish nor a doctor of medicine. I'm however familiar with Wikipedia so was helping in relation to what could be done if your initial revisions were reverted. Please note that although WP has seen antisemitic editors, it does not mean that the ones you have recently met are among them. Wikipedia is not to promote racialism and historical revisionism, including holocaust denial. Instead of accusing editors or their motives, I suggest to continue the discussion at the article's talk page taking in consideration: WP:NOTFORUM (please be specific), WP:CIVIL, WP:AGF and WP:FOC (focus on the content not the editors). Thanks, —PaleoNeonate23:09, 25 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I understand Hayden was correct. Wikipedia literally is a bunch of non-Jews dictating to Jews what Jews are down to our genetics. Should a Jew come along and try to correct that we quickly find ourselves on the receiving end of punishments and slandered as inciters.

The Potsdam Conference which was cited and denied as applicable (thus Holocaust denial since you're denying the reality of the Conference having taken place and imposed certain restrictions to ensure the Nazi Rhetoric exhibited by the article would NEVER AGAIN be used to define us) defined and outlawed Nazism as being in part comprised of the educational curriculum imposed in Nazi Germany which was according to the Holocaust Museum as, "Hitler believed that a person's characteristics, attitudes, abilities, and behavior were determined by his or her so-called racial make-up. In Hitler's view, all groups, races, or peoples (he used those terms interchangeably) carried within them traits that were passed from one generation to the next. No individual could overcome the qualities of race. All of human history could be explained in terms of racial struggle." as well as "The Nazis defined Jews as a “race.” Regarding the Jewish religion as irrelevant, the Nazis attributed a wide variety of negative stereotypes about Jews and “Jewish” behavior to an unchanging biologically determined heritage that drove the “Jewish race,” like other races, to struggle to survive by expansion at the expense of other races." which is what this article is a bunch of Nazi papers that impose the belief that Jews are determined by our genetic make-up which is diseased genetically and that the religion has zero significance in the matter as incest which would be the culprit of such genetic disorders is forbidden by our religion thus making those who have them obvious converts to the religion who adopted the disorder from ancestry which did not hold the values of Judaism or pagans who indulged in the non-Jewish practice of incest.

Furthermore the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance as well as the US Department of State and several other nations define Antisemitism as "Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews." which is what the article does it dehumanizes us Jews by our genetics by forcing the stereotype of having a genetic diseases. They also define Antisemitism as, "Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination." which is denying us the right to determine what Wikipedia might post about our community. Here a bunch of non-Jews have imposed the very same Antisemitic belief system the Nazis imposed upon us rather than allow any Jew to edit the article to include Jewish sources related to our genetics or even cite the obvious controversy that surrounds this topic. Instead as Hayden learned we are silenced, banned or otherwise derided by a bunch of non-Jews; and I am now sure I will meet the same fate here as Hayden did as well as the person who will be editing this article after me will most likely.

You said that the science was plausible but yet from no one in the talk or even yourself has there been any explanation as to how it was proven that the genetics tested belonged to the Jewish community.

I am sorry I was very nice at first, but there is no way around it. You're a literal, to the definition, Nazi and so are those in the talk. I already cited several dictionaries previously that support that. And I don't respect Nazis.

Incivility

[edit]

I found part of your comment at Talk:Medical genetics of Jews to be deeply uncivil. To WhatamIdoing you said: "Now I understand you do not believe the Holocaust occurred or don't accept it as factual. You admitted that in your reply" That is not an accurate summary of WhatamIdoing's position at all. Unless you are confident you could justify this interpretation, I recommend you retract that part of your comment. Firefangledfeathers (talk) 20:17, 25 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

WhatamIdoing is among the very good editors on WP. It serves nothing to transform technical editorial issues in personal or ideological battles (WP:RGW and WP:BATTLEGROUND). You should read more closely instead... —PaleoNeonate23:27, 25 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

But of course the Nazis would claim the Jew was the uncivilized one as they maintain an article that stereotypes us Jews with negative ideologies about how diseased our genetics are in order to feel superior even when ample proof and court cases proved it to be a bunch of antisemitic bullshit.

On how to sign posts
