Regarding the Health and safety law article

Hi there, just a quick note that I added a {{Copy to Wikisource}} template to your article, as it appears to just be a copy of the actual legislation, and hence belongs on Wikisource (assuming it complies with their guidelines). Regarding your question above about internal and external links, WP:CHEATSHEET should be a good place to go for a list of basic Wikimarkup. Hope that helps.
