Kia Gallery is a contemporary jewelry goods company. They currently manufacture, and distribute jewelry exclusively within Iran but will expand to other countries within the region. Founded in Tehran, Iran in 2009 by Iman Kia, Kia Gallery is managed by the founder himself and his brother, Omid Kia.

Kia Gallery is famous for their unique jewelry designs, and their intricate details in each piece of jewelry. But it was the branding and positioning of the business that made it very popular amongst the Iranian millenials and elderly generation today.

History

Creation

Kia Gallery began as a small jewelry designing business opening its first store in Aghdasiye (Agh-das-ee-eh) street in Tehran. Before the opening of Kia Gallery, the founder Iman Kia, had worked for 6 years at another jewelry design company, now being one of his competitors (NAME). Iman grew a profound passion for creating and designing jewelry and thus managed his own startup. With the help of his two brothers Omid and Amir Kia, they were able to expand the company making them the “hottest” jewelry brand in the Iranian market.

It was due to the significant growth that the brothers decided to manage an institute of jewelry manufacturing and design as well as managing their initial business. Kia Insitute was Iman's way of letting people follow their dreams of jewelry design and each piece of work created by their trainees shows the uniqueness of each piece. Kia Institute has also played a major role in the development of the Kia brand.

Jewelry

Kia Gallery's popularity is heavily credited to their leather and gold designs. When Kia first began producing, leather strapped bracelets with a special design made in gold became a huge hit in the market. Now they have moved on to making various types of bracelets, earrings, necklaces, watch pendants, and rings, leading to their latest initiative, Kia Classic. Their latest line draws inspiration from famous architectural pieces within Iran, these pieces have won Kia Gallery 1 gold and 3 silver medals in the 2016-2017 A' Design.

Products

Kia Classic

Kia Classic which is the most recent product line for the Kia Group is set to revitalize what has been forgotten about Luxurious Jewelry. Kia classic is significantly more expensive than the standard product line as it sports rose cut diamonds, ruby and sapphire gems, and emeralds. Kia Classic was the companies attempt at introducing luxurious and flashy jewelry to the people of Iran.

Leather

Kia Gallery is known for their iconic leather strap. Even to this day a lot of their designs use leather in some way. The leather strap design helped Kia Gallery become what it is. Their new designs use a mixture of gold and rocks to decorate the pieces, and have now also utilized leather in a different way my making braided cords.

Earrings & Rings & Necklaces

Kia Gallery has multiple earring designs but all use 18 karat gold. This makes their works both very valuable and very desirable. This is also the same for all their rings and necklaces. But although they all have gold only some are accompanied by gems or stones.
