Sources & IPA

[edit]

Hello Topses,

I see that you're contributing a fair bit to the Phonological history ... articles. Thanks for your contributions. What would be helpful, though, is if you would provide references and write your transcriptions in IPA rather than SAMPA. Jimp 04:52, 24 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you don't know how to enter IPA check out the instructions on WP:PRON. Jimp 15:56, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed you created the article One (word), however I don't think it quite fits in with the encyclopedia, since it duplicates the information in One (pronoun) and 1 (disambiguation). If I'm missing something please tell me so we can fix it, otherwise I'm going to simply redirect it to One (pronoun) which I think would be more appropriate. Do not invent new words and rename articles with them. It would be bad enough on any article, but on a contentious article like this it looks as though you are trying to disrupt Wikipedia in order to make a point. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 18:09, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Moving policies

[edit]

I have blocked you for a week for disrupting our policy pages in a bad faith manner. When the block expires please do not disrupt Wikipedia. (H) 13:28, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

I have blocked you for three hours to prevent any further disruption as you appear to be on a unilateral move spree. Other admins - feel free to modify this block in any way you see fit. - Alison 02:42, 13 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I made it indef, this user needs to explain why he immediately resumed the same type of vandalism he was blocked for when his block expired. (H) 02:45, 13 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Good call. I've deleted all the redundant redirs. What a mess ... - Alison 02:50, 13 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
