Request reason:

I would like to be unblocked here so I can contribute to pages about my favorite board games and video games, as well as other articles. I promise not to vandalize any more, and I'm sorry for the damage I caused here earlier. Topmaniac (talk) 15:06, 14 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Given your numerous broken promises on this subject in the past ([1], [2], [3], [4], [5]): no. Yunshui  07:25, 15 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hello Topmaniac. I think that, in your unblock request above, you forgot to give a link to meta:Steward requests/Global#Global lock for Topmaniac. The request at Meta-Wiki is interesting because it mentions your other accounts (the ones in Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Skiyomi) and some of your promises + vandalisms. --NicoScribe (talk) 15:22, 14 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't think that page was really relevant here, to be honest. And I didn't want the admins to see the bottom of that section and get any ideas about exiling me here. Topmaniac (talk) 15:24, 14 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Wrong on 1; right on 2. I would have required some greater clarification of what constructive edits you'd make. Wikipedia:Community portal has lnks to types pf articles needing an improvement. Pick an article and let us know what you would do to improve it specifically. That's just the first of requirements. Others will make more.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 15:34, 14 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I looked at the pages needing improving, and I would be happy to help fix the articles needing grammar and spelling error corrections. In Wings_(BTS_album), for example, I would fix the sentence structure, correct misspelled words, and perhaps improve the overall paragraph structure, as I have a very good grasp of the English language. Topmaniac (talk) 16:34, 14 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I could also help flesh out articles such as this one Outline_of_the_Republic_of_Artsakh, as well as assisting new Wikipedians with the basics of editing at the Teahouse. I might even look into becoming a host there sometime. Topmaniac (talk) 19:00, 14 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I guess I can understand why I wasn't unblocked at this moment, given the recent events involving my other accounts, but would I be allowed to submit a new appeal in six months or so? Just wondering. Topmaniac (talk) 08:31, 15 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps-- the WP:SO, in 6 months of no editing or socking. We will see.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 11:36, 15 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, thanks. I'll go find somewhere else to contribute in the meantime. And I mean contribute, not vandalize. :) Topmaniac (talk) 20:04, 15 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I do have one last question for the admins here. Do I have any reason to worry about being exiled from here, as someone said at the bottom of this request here meta:Steward requests/Global#Global lock for Topmaniac? It seems they think it would be a good idea, but I disagree; I don't think such an action is necessary. I was just wondering about this, thank you. Topmaniac (talk) 20:08, 15 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If the Meta discussion results in a global ban, then yes, you would be banned from all Wikimedia projects, including this one. Yunshui  07:46, 16 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
