Module:Yemeni Revolutionary War detailed map
[edit]Hi. Could you explain to me why you created Module:Yemeni Revolutionary War detailed map? Thanks. Tradediatalk 23:10, 10 February 2018 (UTC)
You seem to be away from Wikipedia for now. In the meantime and until I hear from you, I have renamed “Module:Yemeni Revolutionary War detailed map” to “Module:User TonyTohcy Yemeni War detailed map.” I have also edited your user page to make it use the new module name.
Your creating this module when there was already a module for over a year and that was edited by tens of editors is problematic with respect to Wikipedia:Content forking. It was important to make it clear to would be editors that the module you created is not the “Wikipedia module”, but rather your own personal module for use on your user page.
In any case, I still would like to hear from you when you come back to Wikipedia. I see that your map has not been updated since 7 November 2016. Also, how many people do you think are looking at the map on your user page? It would be much better if you join the editing in the main module that is edited by everyone based on consensus, instead of doing your own map in your corner.
