Hello, I'm MBlaze Lightning. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Carl Brashear, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. MBlaze Lightning 05:44, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Adding reference to Wikipedia articles

[edit]
Just follow the steps as shown, and fill in the details

Hello TonyPalmJr! Please do not forget to add references from reliable sources for the content you add to Wikipedia. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Adding well-formatted references is easy.

  1. While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "cite". Click on it.
  2. Then click on "templates".
  3. Choose the most appropriate template and then fill all relevant details.

This will add a well-formatted reference, which will allow other people to see where you got your information from. You can read more about this at Help:Edit toolbar, or watch this video: File:RefTools.ogv. Thanks and regards. MBlaze Lightning 11:03, 11 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Evrik, thanks for the suggestions. I'll read the recommended articles and given my limited coding skills, will do my best to make future edits according to existing formatting.

Best regards,
