Non-free rationale for File:A New Birth of Freedom.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:A New Birth of Freedom.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk) 05:59, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Helvenston et al. v. Blackwater Security
[edit]Hello Tommyboy1215. I saw that you nominated Helvenston et al. v. Blackwater Security for deletion, but since the article was nominated before (in 2007) there was already an article called Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Helvenston et al. v. Blackwater Security. What you need to do is create a second discussion for this nomination, called Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Helvenston et al. v. Blackwater Security (2nd nomination), and transclude that instead on today's log (you would also need to remove the new content added to the old discussion). Please let me know if you have any doubt, I'll be glad to help - frankie (talk) 16:52, 15 August 2011 (UTC)

Coordinator sought for the US National Archives WikiProject
[edit]Greetings, WikiProject US National Archives member!
We are seeking a coordinator to help reboot the project and work on new initiatives! The role is modeled after other Wikiproject coordinators, like the WikiProject Military History coordinators. The coordinator will work with the Wikipedian in Residence to organize and increase participation in the WikiProject, with the goal that the WikiProject is an active space for collaboration maintained by and for the Wikipedia editors, rather than the National Archives.
Please see the full information at Wikipedia:GLAM/NARA/Coordinator and contact me is you have any questions. Feel free to pass this note along to any interested parties. Thanks! Dominic·t 21:08, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

Your draft article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Lori Millberg
[edit]Hello Tommyboy1215. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Lori Millberg".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Lori Millberg}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 12:01, 19 March 2014 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
