File copyright problem with File:Taaffe oconnell.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Taaffe oconnell.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ww2censor (talk) 04:16, 21 October 2011 (UTC)
I added what I believe to be the correct copyright tag for the picture. There is no intent to violate copyright, just to add a picture of the actress which apparently is permissible by her, since it is in her resume section on imdb.com. I also added a reference template and noted citations for information within the article. Tommac84 (talk) 10:09, 21 October 2011 (UTC)Tommac84
Image problems
[edit]We take copyright status very seriously and the image you uploaded does not have this information, so have been nominated for deletion. If you did not take the photos yourself and they are copyright to someone else, or you found them on a website, please don't upload them unless you have permission of the copyright holder. Promotional images are copyright and just because "this photo is found in the IMDb resume section for this actress" does not mean we can use it without knowing its status. Also we do not accept non-free images of living people. You may find it useful to read my image copyright information page. Good luck. ww2censor (talk) 15:21, 21 October 2011 (UTC)
I understand. If the picture doesn't meet the guidelines, that's cool. I'll try and get in touch with someone to see if I can the necessary permission. Tommac84 (talk) 18:06, 21 October 2011 (UTC)Tommac84
