Request reason:

This MUST be a case of mistaken identity as I have not (ever) entered in to an edit war. I haven't even accessed (logged in or otherwise) wikipedia for the last week. And as for the given date of block(07.09.09), all I can tell you is that I have been using my phone for internet connection as my broadband connection is down for the time being(this is the case for the last 2 weeks). Can that be the root of the problem? I really hope one of the admin team can get to the bottom of this.

Decline reason:

You're not blocked now, so you should probably ask BlueBoy96 about this on their talk page. This template is intended for requesting unblocking only. Hersfold (t/a/c) 03:16, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
