IP has added a notability tag with the reason that it hasn't charted, even though it has charted in South Korea. I've nominated articles that were much more "works in progress" for lack of a better phrase, and apart from minor fixes requested by a reviewer, they passed. It's not like I'm nominating it for FA. I understand the reference/formatting, but a nomination takes weeks to get picked up, so I'm on that. BTW, what is the release section missing if it's too short?
