Help with Mycobacterium Venn Diagram

I found the Venn Diagram you created for M. tuberculosis, M. leprae and N. abcessus (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Three_Pathogenic_Mycobacteria.png), I am interested in creating a similar image for other Mycobacterium species but I am stuck with the bioinformatics pipeline. Could we get in contact and discuss the steps please?
