I moved the article to Richard L. Welch. But much work must be done: remove promotional language, list his books in formal bibliographic format, and find references providing substantial coverage from third party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. You'r got to find one in particular that he says he invented the technique. You also have to make clear that he claims he can do these things, as it is not really accepted science, And be aware that the term may have been used in other meanings, such as Spirit photography. I advise you to do all this very quickly, before the article gets deleted by a regular deletion process.
