undeletion request for Ilaiyaraaja 2016
[edit]Ilaiyaraaja 2016 was a page created by me as a part of the discography page for the article of the composer "abbaitho ammayi" is a movie which is released today ,jan 1.[1] you can search it on google with the name of the movie.
- @KingDiggi: It says on the page it should be merged with Ilaiyaraaja discography, and so that's why I've requested a speedy deletion. TF { Contribs } { Edit Quest! } 11:37, 1 January 2016 (UTC)
- @Titusfox: all the pages in the discography page has this notice and i too requested for it "Ilaiyaraaja 2010"
- @KingDiggi: Also WP:CRYSTAL. The article only has one movie which came out today. I think all of the Ilaiyaraaja (Insert Year Here) Articles should be moved into one article for easy lookup. TF { Contribs } { Edit Quest! } 12:14, 1 January 2016 (UTC)
- @TitusFox: Also WP:CRYSTAL. The article was subdivided into movies per year before for easy lookup. This page is now started with 1 movie and there are still 7+ movies yet to release which will fill this page. And this page will be created again by some other person. Please refer the page [2]
- @KingDiggi: Please sign your comments using four tidles (~~~~). TF { Contribs } { Edit Quest! } 12:38, 1 January 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hello Titusfox. Thank you for reporting that disusting troll to ANI. A couple of us went to the admin who originally blocked that person but the admin hasn't been editing much recently so your action undoubtedly stopped the nonsense from continuing much quicker then ours would have. I hope that you have a spectacular 2016. MarnetteD|Talk 19:45, 1 January 2016 (UTC)
- @MarnetteD: Yeah, I also got attacked by him just before his block was adjusted. Not fun. TF { Contribs } { Edit Quest! } 19:47, 1 January 2016 (UTC)
PSY Discography
[edit]The reason the changes had been made was because I noticed that the certifications were a bit out dated. The certifications that I put on were the ones found on the page for the singles them selves. Nathanaelsadgrove (talk) 13:06, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
CSD
[edit]Hi, re. your comments on Hullaballoo Wolfowitz's talk page - that user is well-known for unjustified removal of CSD tags from articles, as you can see from many complaints on his talk page. What's important, you were correct removing tags from newly created articles. WP:ARTICLEAGE puts it clearly: "All articles have to comply with our inclusion policies from the moment they are created". Regards, kashmiri TALK 21:38, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
WikiCup 2016: Game On!
[edit]We are about to enter the second week of the 2016 WikiCup. The most recent player to sign up brings the current total to 101 contestants. Signups close on 5 February. If you’re interested, you can join this year's WikiCup here.
We are aware that in some areas the scoring bot’s numbers are a little bit off (i.e., overly generous) and are working to have that corrected as soon as possible.--MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:04, 7 January 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hello Titusfox. Thanks for patrolling new pages – it's a very important task! I'm just letting you know, however, that you shouldn't tag pages as lacking context (CSD A1), content (CSD A3), or significance (CSD A7) moments after they are created, as you did at Stereofever. It's best to wait at least 10–15 minutes for more content to be added if the page is very short, and the articles should not be marked as patrolled. Tagging such pages in a very short space of time may drive away well-meaning contributors, which is not good for Wikipedia. Attack pages (G10), blatant nonsense (G1), copyright violations (G12) and pure vandalism/blatant hoaxes (G3) should of course be tagged and deleted immediately. CSD A3 does not apply, since they identified the subject of the article. CSD A11 does not apply since there is no evidence they creator is affiliated with the band. Hey man!
[edit]Just leaving you a message to say hello! It's been awhile since we've given each other a high-five; you're awesome. See you around ;-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 06:24, 15 January 2016 (UTC)
