[edit]

You had previously helped me chase down clippings for the original newspaper articles on Chet Williamson, so I was wondering if you would be willing to do the same for Lisa J. Steele? The articles in question, as many of them as you can find, would be these: [1][2][3][4][5][6] Thanks for any that you can help out on. :) BOZ (talk) 19:17, 5 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

All  Done but one [7], [8], [9], [10], [11] Timur9008 (talk) 00:21, 6 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Nice, thanks! :) I'll work on that soon. BOZ (talk) 02:57, 6 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
OK, so for this one: [12] it looks like that was a longer letters column, and Steele should have been the author of one of those letters but it was not included in the clipping. BOZ (talk) 14:58, 6 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
[13] this? Timur9008 (talk) 15:02, 6 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Perfect, and thank you once again. :) The rest were all good, so I have replace the links in the article already. BOZ (talk) 15:41, 6 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Cybergroove engine source?

[edit]

Im new to wikipedia and all and saw you removed my addition of an engine section on the Cyber Groove page. I am new and all and don't have a way to evidence this except from screenshots of the actual game files (The models are in an NIF format). How would I go about evidencing this in the first place? Theres no mention of the game engine anywhere... Nomeiscorrect (talk) 22:03, 14 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If there is no source that mentions the engine I wouldn't include it.
Game previews usually mention this stuff. Timur9008 (talk) 01:38, 15 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Game drafts

[edit]

They're not all from 1995 or later, but do you see anything to improve any of these?

BOZ (talk) 15:06, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I will work on these when I have time/later :) Timur9008 (talk) 15:17, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, no problem. :) I don't have a list of my creations yet, but this is something you can look at whenever. :) BOZ (talk) 16:02, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Aside from these, what sort of games would you be most interested in working on? I've got a bunch for tabletop RPGs, board/card games, and video games! BOZ (talk) 18:39, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Also, what would you be most interested in working on, articles that clearly do meet the GNG and just need some improvement, or articles where notability may be in question and need some help surviving? BOZ (talk) 19:08, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
So for example, I went through the list of notable board and card game articles on my user page that I started, and as I expected the clear majority are from before 1995, but I did see 15 that are from within the past 30 years if you want to take a look a those to see where you could improve any of them: Aliens Predator Customizable Card Game, Battle Cattle, BattleTech Record Sheets, City of Chaos, Conquest of Nerath, Crimson Skies, Dungeon Command, Groo: The Game, Honor of the Samurai, Inferno, Lords of Waterdeep, No Thank You, Evil!, Shockforce: Battles in the Remnants of America, Starship Troopers: Prepare for Battle!, and Wadjet. BOZ (talk) 19:28, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I could start with video games since it would be easier :) Timur9008 (talk) 22:44, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
OK! I will look at my list sometime soon. Would you prefer to work on articles with solid notability or borderline notability? BOZ (talk) 23:36, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
borderline notability Timur9008 (talk) 04:28, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Perfect. Those need the most help. :) Let me come up with a list for you. BOZ (talk) 04:50, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Video game reviews

[edit]

I'm working on a list for you. :) For starters, could you do me the biggest favor and see if you can find anything for Draft:Bumbler Bee-Luxe? BOZ (talk) 07:15, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've searched for this before but I'm not seeing anything else. Timur9008 (talk) 15:49, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
For the record its no big deal. You can check my sandbox for that :P User:Timur9008/sandbox
Plenty of stuff there that had one source but over the past two years have been building up since I started analyzing the URL's and websites. When Stuff there is ready only then I create pages. Timur9008 (talk) 16:45, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Nice! :) I'll start building a list for you over the next few days. BOZ (talk) 21:53, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
OK here we go with the first list! I went with my list of new articles created using the magazine Next Generation (a handful are restored deleted articles). I'll do this in tiers, starting with the most needy, and you can stop whenever you want to or skip anything you like. When it comes to articles that are truly struggling for sources, here are the ones that most need your help and may be the most challenging, sorted from my list by the issue the review appeared in:
Vol 4:
BOZ (talk) 05:14, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! Timur9008 (talk) 06:12, 4 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. :) Do what you can, we will save the rest for another day. :) BOZ (talk) 13:39, 4 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@BOZ: I've put Bumbler Bee-Luxe to my sandbox (in case the draft gets deleted). Maybe someday it will be a article. (If I find enough sources) :) Timur9008 (talk) 13:35, 10 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Much appreciated. :) BOZ (talk) 18:21, 10 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
